We always pay attention to the wedding budget you provide when planning. After an initial consultation, we will send you an example to show you the range of possible costs. We work exclusively and individually and usually take on weddings with a budget of 30,000 euros or more, excluding our fee. Our fee is calculated on a percentage basis but starts with a minimum price. For small individual weddings, we are happy to offer a customised quote after our initial consultation.
The amount can vary greatly depending on your ideas, the atmosphere and experience you want to create, the final number of guests and the location you choose.

Therefore, we can only guarantee a smooth process if we are involved in all aspects of the planning from the beginning and can directly control the providers. Otherwise, we may only arrange the service providers on the wedding day if they have been pre-selected by us or if we have yet to work with them. After all, one of the critical reasons for our success is that we work as a well-coordinated team with our service suppliers.

Of course, we will create a comprehensive wedding programme with a detailed timetable for you. You will also receive regular updates to keep you up to date.

If you don't have to sort out any last-minute formalities, you can arrive whenever you like. But first, we recommend you allow enough time to recover from the journey.
 
However, if you still need to finalise civil documents, the timetable varies depending on your nationality and the type of ceremony. For civilians - US/Australians and some other nationalities - you must be in Italy at least four weeks before the wedding day to complete the final steps. For British/Irish, for example, two weeks in advance is usually sufficient. We will clarify details like this with you during the planning process.

Yes, we have civil registrars (ministers and non-religious registrars) who can perform a civil marriage ceremony at a venue of your choice. In addition, more and more venues are being granted permission for civil ceremonies.

The right time to start planning is approximately 12 months before the wedding date. Remember that the best venues and service providers are usually booked two years in advance. If planning takes place at too short notice, it is necessary to be flexible on specific organisational points. In the past, however, we have been able to plan and organise fairytale weddings in less than three months. Our advice is: if you are willing to have a wedding or ceremony during the week or out of season, anything is possible.

We always encourage couples to visit their chosen venue in advance: it helps them visualise the flow of the event, which is essential for all subsequent decisions. It also adds to the anticipation for your big celebration.

We have public liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by our staff. In addition, all the suppliers we work with have the same insurance. Still, we advise our couples to take out wedding insurance for themselves so they are fully covered for any circumstances (such as pandemic changes).

Investing in an experienced wedding planner has never been more critical than during the pandemic. We are by your side every step of the way, ensuring that all contracts with the venue and all suppliers involved include a particular clause protecting your deposits in case of forced cancellation or postponement.

We make sure that everything works, from table arrangements to budget adjustments. Our planning fee depends on the size of the wedding event we are organising, but we only consider significant changes to the guest list. Please note that a reduction in the number of guests will not result in a discount on the planning service, but you may save on other items, such as flowers, food, drinks and transport, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
